With 25+ years of Energy industry experience, Greg’s current role is to provide strategic direction and position Rheaume for current and future success. Prior to Rheaume, he held progressive engineering roles in E&P companies including Journey Energy, Thunder Energy Trust, Forte Resources, NAL Resources, CNRL, and Ranger Oil. Greg’s career has focused primarily on maximizing value through exploitation, A&D, and operations engineering, resulting in a wide range of experience that is utilized internally and with a broad range of client projects. Greg received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta.

Ryan has a diverse background in the energy sector. His experience working for manufacturers, designers, and producers from project inception to closeout, gives him a thorough understanding of stakeholder’s expectations complimenting his role as Director, Business Development. His 15 years of experience has brought him to 5 different continents teaching him the importance of relationships. Ryan’s values of being hungry, humble and people smart have provided him with opportunities to develop his roles throughout his career.
